| Q: | What can I do once my account is approved? | A: | Please log-in to the GRID Partner Portal and follow the instructions given on the homepage. Then you can upload files to the GRID and check the processing status of submitted files. |
| Q: | I forgot my password, how can get a new one? | A: | Please send us a request to reset your password using our contact form. Make sure you enter the same email address as used to login at the GRID Partner Portal. |

Then you will be contacted by a TREND MICRO employee, giving you further details on how to submit your files. Please note that you then won't be able to use the GRID Partner Portal. |
