Q:Are there any costs or fees? A:No, the GRID partner program is fully free.
Q:What happens after I have applied a GRID partner account? A:After your application a TREND MICRO employee will contact you to approve your account.
Q:Can I log-in before my account was approved? A:No, only entitled users may use the GRID partner program.
Q:What can I do once my account is approved? A:Please log-in to the GRID Partner Portal and follow the instructions given on the homepage. Then you can upload files to the GRID and check the processing status of submitted files.
Q:I forgot my password, how can get a new one? A:Please send us a request to reset your password using our contact form. Make sure you enter the same email address as used to login at the GRID Partner Portal.
Q:Are there other ways of submitting files than the described ones? A:Yes, you can alternatively apply for the GRID partner program here. Then you will be contacted by a TREND MICRO employee, giving you further details on how to submitting your files. Please note that you then won't be able to use the GRID Partner Portal.
