General Instructions

  • File Selection: You can upload multiple individual files using the file picker. Please note that folders and archive files are not allowed; only standalone files are permissible.

  • Batching: For optimal performance, group similar files and upload them in logical batches (e.g., by product/version).

Method A: Search + File Picker

(Recommended for Subfolders)

  1. Open Folder:
    On the Partner Portal, click Select Files and navigate to the folder containing your files (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro).
  2. Search Files:
    In the search box, type *.* to list all files within the folder and its subfolders.
  3. Select Files:
    Click within the results list, press Ctrl + A to select all files, then hold Ctrl and click to deselect File folders and compressed files
  4. Upload:
    Click Open. The files will begin uploading, and the portal will display a confirmation message once the upload is complete.

Method B: Direct Folder Upload

(Simple for Single Folders)

  1. Navigate to Folder:
    On the Partner Portal, click Select Files and navigate to the folder containing your files.
  2. Select Files:
    Press Ctrl + A to select all files within the folder.
  3. Upload:
    Click Open. The files will begin uploading, and the portal will display a confirmation message once the upload is complete.

Method C: Staging Folder

(Ideal for Large or Scattered Sets)

  1. Create Staging Folder:
    On your Desktop, create a new folder (e.g., Whitelist_Staging_YYYYMMDD).
  2. Collect Files:
    Open the root folder, search *.*, and select all files (deselect any File folder items).
  3. Copy Files:
    Press Ctrl + C to copy, then paste into the staging folder using Ctrl + V.
  4. Upload:
    On the Partner Portal, click Select Files, open the staging folder, and press Ctrl + A, then click Open. The files will begin uploading, and the portal will display a confirmation message once the upload is complete.
  5. Cleanup:
    After successful upload, you may delete the staging folder.

Important Notes

  • Do Not Upload: Archives (.zip, .rar, .7z, etc.) and password-protected files are not accepted.

  • Troubleshooting: If you encounter issues such as rejections or stuck uploads, try smaller batches, verify your connection, or use wired networks if possible.
